Heres the proper Files you need.

Install notes:

1. Make sure your Sims 3 Launcher is up to date to the 1.63 version

2. after downloading this file doubble click on the Roring Heghts and et it download into the launcher and it will install rigt after.

3. For the boardwalk set repeat step 2.

4. Please seed.
